The audit costs 1450 PLN and is a one-time fee. We do not add any hidden costs or force you to switch to paid subscriptions. You pay for a specific report and a list of changes that will save your budget. Facts instead of promises.
Do I need to be an IT professional to manage this?
Not at all. We design systems so they are simple for everyone to operate. Learning the basics usually takes 12 minutes. If you can check an email, you can handle your own server. Technology is meant to serve you, not the other way around.
What if the internet goes out in my area?
Your company works without interruptions. Because the data is on a server in your office in Częstochowa, you have access to it even via local network (Wi-Fi or cable). You can browse projects and the customer database while others wait for fiber optic repair. Your data stays with you.
How will I recover money with your help?
It's simple. On average, in small offices, we find unnecessary subscriptions totaling 2300 PLN annually. We cut programs you pay for every month that no one has opened for six months. We replace them with tools with no monthly fees. We operate stably and predictably.
How long does it take to implement a server in the office?
Usually, we close the entire process in 4 business days. On the first day, we mount the hardware, then move your files and configure secure links. On the last day, we do a short training for the team. We try not to interfere with daily office work.
Who really has access to my documents?
Only you. As the owner, you have the physical key to the device and full power over the passwords. We only help with settings, but we have no insight into your documentation or source codes. This is the highest level of privacy you can have in business.
