When we finish configuring the systems at Innovation Embassy, we don't leave you with a ton of papers and empty promises. We hand over the physical and digital keys to your infrastructure. Honestly, many of our clients are afraid they won't handle their own server. That's why we've simplified everything to the minimum. After our implementation, your data stays with you and you decide who has access to it. Without our consent, without subscriptions that cannot be terminated, and without hidden administrator passwords.

Training without difficult words

We train you or a person you designate in daily operation. This meeting usually lasts from 45 to 70 minutes. We won't bore you with coding theory. We show facts: how to add a new employee, how to check the disk status, and how to perform a backup with one click. Technology is meant to serve you, so the manual you receive is only 4 pages long and written in simple language. Facts instead of promises – that's our rule.

We operate locally, so our response is fast. If any problem arises, you don't talk to a bot or a helpline in another country. You call us, at the office at NMP Avenue 24. We react within 4 hours of reporting on business days. In 2023, our average travel time to a client in Częstochowa was exactly 3 hours and 12 minutes. We operate stably and predictably because we know that every minute of downtime in your company is a real cost.

Guarantee of peace after implementation

For the first 3 months after handing over the keys, we monitor your system once a week as part of the starter pack. We do this to make sure everything works as we agreed at the beginning. Last quarter, we supported 47 local companies in this way and none of them recorded an interruption in data access. Sometimes we had to correct settings after an external software update, but we do it quickly and without additional invoices. P.S.
